HotFreshDeals is a free content and affiliate-marketing website; we do not sell products directly and do not process any retailer’s transactions.

3. Deal, Price, and Coupon Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep deal, price, discount, and coupon information current by periodically re-checking it against the retailer’s own data. However:

  • Prices, availability, and coupon validity can change at any time, including between when a deal was last checked and when you click through;
  • Coupon codes may expire or reach a redemption limit set by the retailer;
  • Promotions can end without notice;
  • Product information (images, descriptions, ratings) may change on the retailer’s site after we last retrieved it; and
  • We do not guarantee that any specific deal, price, or coupon will remain valid or available.

Always confirm the final price, availability, and coupon validity on the retailer’s own product/checkout page before completing a purchase. HotFreshDeals does not process Amazon (or any retailer’s) purchases; all purchases are completed entirely on the retailer’s own website.

HotFreshDeals contains affiliate links to Amazon and potentially other retailers, as described in our Affiliate Disclosure. HotFreshDeals is not Amazon and is not responsible for the content, policies, security, availability, or practices of Amazon or any other third-party site we link to. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site’s own terms and privacy policy.

5. Deal Reports and User-Submitted Content

The Service includes a “Report Deal” feature that lets visitors flag a listing as incorrect (see our Privacy Policy for what information it collects). By submitting a report, you confirm that your submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not contain unlawful, abusive, or infringing content. We may use, review, edit, or remove any submitted report at our discretion, and we do not guarantee that any particular report will result in a change to a listing.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Submit false, misleading, abusive, or spam deal reports;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its underlying systems, or other users’ data;
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Service in a manner that violates these Terms or applicable law; or
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s normal operation (for example, through excessive automated requests).

7. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

The HotFreshDeals name, logo, and original site content are the property of HotFreshDeals or its licensors. Product names, logos, brands, and images that originate from Amazon or other retailers remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products and deals being described, not to claim any affiliation beyond the affiliate relationship disclosed on this site.

8. Site Availability and Changes to the Service

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free of errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
